KTĐT - This is the content in Decision 09 of the Hanoi People's Committee on "Issuing regulations on the operation of vehicles in Hanoi city".
According to this decision, from March 2010, all passenger cars transporting staff, students, students, sightseeing cars, tourism ... operating in Hanoi will be Transportation issued the badge "Contract vehicles".
Organizations and individuals engaged in transport business need to go to places specified by the Department of Transport in order to be granted badges for their vehicles. Specifically, for transport business vehicles of organizations and individuals stationed in Hanoi, to one of the two addresses is the Department of Transport (No. 2 Phung Hung Street, Ha Dong District) or No. 16 Cao Ba Quat Street (Ba Dinh district).
For transport business vehicles carrying control boards of provinces, the Department of Transport will issue directly at 7 main gateway routes of the city. These 7 locations include: No. 549B Nguyen Van Cu Street, Long Bien District; the foot of the bridge over Giai Phong road; latching the bridge to Vinh Tuy; at National Highway 32, opposite to Mai Dich cemetery; Nam Thang Long - Noi Bai bus station; 6-level national highway at No. 1 Tran Phu, Ha Dong district; Lang - Hoa Lac street at the point next to Viglacera building.
Issuing time will be from 5h to 19h daily.
