Crossing the road hundreds of kilometers from Hanoi to Ha Giang with many bends and crags, one side is covered with cloudy mountains, the other is an abyss, the delegation of Transerco Youth Union has set foot in the semi-boarding ethnic minority secondary school in Lung Thau commune, which is about 40 km from the center of Dong Van district. This is a difficult upland commune, where the H'Mong people live, with a poverty rate of 70% of the commune's population. Due to the large area and inconvenient travel, most of the nearly 120 students in the school until the weekend to visit home family. Student life is still lacking.
